If our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you will receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction. A text alert from EnFact warning you of suspicious activity on your card will never include a link to click. Cardholders should never click on a link in a text message that claims to be from EnFact.
A valid notification from EnFact will include information about the suspected transaction and ask you to reply directly to the text with responses such as \u201cyes,\u201d \u201cno,\u201d \u201chelp,\u201d or \u201cstop,\u201d and will never include a link.
Text alerts from EnFact will always come from a 5-digit number, not a 10-digit phone number.
