SWANSEA, WRENTHAM, MA \u2013 BayCoast Bank (baycoast.bank<\/a>), a long-time community savings bank serving the people and businesses on the South Coast of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, is proud to announce that Daniel J. DeCosta of Wrentham, Massachusetts, has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this pivotal role, DeCosta manages the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology, Information Systems, and E-commerce departments. He also takes on key responsibilities as BayCoast\u2019s Solutions Architect, utilizing his technological expertise to design new business processes that help expand efficiencies across the organization. Many of these efficiencies assist the BayCoast family in delivering on its mission \u2013 to provide exceptional service and solutions for our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DeCosta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and has completed numerous specialized training and certification programs that further enhance his expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
