SWANSEA, BRIDGEWATER, MA \u2013 BayCoast Bank, a long-time, respected community savings bank serving the people and businesses on the South Coast of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Diana M. Taxiera to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taxiera\u2019s impressive career includes 16 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently as Vice President and Controller for BayCoast Bank.  In her new role, Taxiera coordinates the activities of the Finance Department, including financial planning and reporting, management of financial risks, and liquidity management.  She also participates in the development of the Bank\u2019s strategic plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A resident of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Taxiera, who joined BayCoast Bank in 2019, holds both her Master\u2019s and Bachelor\u2019s degrees in Accounting from Bryant University.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An active member of the community, Diana currently serves as President on the Board of Managers for the Fall River Deaconess Home, a nonprofit agency dedicated to offering residential treatment, group living, and community-based support and stabilization services directly to youth and families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
