She will also partner closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to ensure the Bank&#8217;s organizational development supports its culture, growth, and long-term business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBeth is an accomplished human resources leader whose experience, vision, and commitment to people make her an exceptional addition to the BayCoast team,\u201d said Marie Pellegrino, President of BayCoast Bank. \u201cAs we continue to grow and invest in our employees, Beth&#8217;s expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational leadership will help ensure we remain an employer of choice while continuing to deliver exceptional service to our customers and communities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beth&#8217;s career has included leadership roles at Pearson Marine Group, Child &amp; Family Services, and most recently, People Incorporated, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources.
