Nicholas L. Christ serves as President and CEO of BayCoast Mortgage Company, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BayCoast Bank – a community savings bank with a strong commitment to excellence. BayCoast Mortgage is proud to offer mortgage lending solutions to customers across the East Coast and has distinguished itself by originating more than $1.0 billion in mortgage loans in 2020 and 2021.

Christ joined BayCoast Mortgage in the summer of 2015 and has excelled in residential mortgage lending for decades. He is responsible for developing new talent and products while expanding the Bank’s lending throughout its market area.

Christ is a graduate of Brown University, holding a B.A. in Business Economics. He has completed programs at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Wharton and the Wharton Leadership Program, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Christ is deeply committed to community involvement. He actively serves on the Board of Directors for institutions such as New Heights Charter School, SSTAR, Southcoast Health President’s Council, Fall River Lions Club, Durfee Hilltopper Hall of Fame Committee, Durfee Bells Society and Durfee Hilltopper Athletic Foundation.

Apart from his professional and community engagements, Christ is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He resides in Southeastern Massachusetts, where he cherishes spending quality time with friends and family.
