BayCoast Bank Welcomes Beth Pelletier as Chief Human Resources and Talent Officer
SWANSEA, NEW BEDFORD, MA — Beth Pelletier has spent more than 25 years helping organizations build strong workplace cultures, develop future leaders, and create environments where employees and businesses can thrive.
Today, Pelletier joins BayCoast Bank as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Talent Officer, bringing extensive human resources leadership experience across both the manufacturing and nonprofit sectors.
In her new role, Pelletier will lead BayCoast’s overall human resources and talent strategy, including talent development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and human resources operations. She will also partner closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to ensure the Bank’s organizational development supports its culture, growth, and long-term business objectives.

Beth’s career has included leadership roles at Pearson Marine Group, Child & Family Services, and most recently, People Incorporated, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. Across both the manufacturing and nonprofit sectors, she has built a reputation for developing strong teams, fostering positive workplace cultures, and helping organizations navigate growth and change.
Her experience and leadership will help support BayCoast’s continued growth while fostering an environment where employees can develop, succeed, and make a meaningful impact.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Pelletier resides in New Bedford, Massachusetts, with her husband and son.
