What’s the biggest difference between an ITM and an ATM?
ITMs allow you to interact with a live, local Personal Banker through a secure video session. They’ll walk you through your transaction from start to finish, answering any questions you may have along the way. And because they’re the same BayCoast faces you’ve seen before, you’ll get the same smile and service you would from a branch during hours, without leaving your car after hours.
You can also do more at an ITM than you can at an ATM.
That includes making loan payments, transferring money between different BayCoast accounts, as well as exchanging cash and cashing checks. As an added bonus, ITMs open earlier and close later than regular branch hours so you can get more done when it’s convenient for you. Our BayCoast Bank ITM hours of operation are from 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Keep in mind, when ITM service is unavailable, the machine works just like a regular ATM 24/7 so your money is always within reach.
