Sara Hiebner joins BayCoast Bank with 19 years in the financial services industry, most recently as Vice President, Commercial Lending with Centreville Bank in West Warwick, Rhode Island.  Prior to her career in banking she was the Marketing and Sales Manager for a Kingston, Rhode Island based company.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Hiebner, who resides in Providence, Rhode Island, has been a guest lecturer at the New England Institute of Technology on the subject of small business lending.

She is an active volunteer, serving as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors with Child & Family RI, the largest and most comprehensive social service provider in Newport County and one of the largest in the State of Rhode Island.  Hiebner has been the Fundraising Chairperson for the A-T Children’s Project for six years and in that time raised more than $200,000 for the charitable research organization. She is a prior member of the Fort Adams Trust Board of Directors.
