We are aware that fraudsters are actively contacting BayCoast Bank customers in an attempt to obtain sensitive information related to their debit card or Online Banking login. Fraudsters are spoofing the BayCoast Bank phone number and impersonating BayCoast Bank employees, claiming they are calling to alert customers of “fraud” on their account. Fraudsters then instruct the customer to surrender their actual, physical debit card, (by leaving it in the mailbox or offering to come and pick the card up) or to share their online banking login information.If you receive any unsolicited phone calls, text messages, or emails, please immediately report the incident to BayCoast Bank by calling 508-678-7641 or visiting your nearest branch.
