Do you have upcoming travel plans?
- For your security, we monitor debit card transactions and may decline those that are outside your normal pattern or activity. If you are traveling, please let us about your plans by following the steps outlined below or calling us at 508-675-4404.
- Complete the Customer Support email form.
- Enter the travel date ranges, the US states or countries where you will travel, your name and address and the last 4 digits of your Debit Mastercard® number in the “Message” box.
- Click “submit” and we will register your card for travel.
